Now my teacher and classmates had interpreted unanimously the same thing 'bout this photograph.

Yeah all that crap.

But whatever, it's people's opinions anyway.

Here's my artist statement for the photography portfolio.

" My photography portfolio will be based on people photography.



The sub genres will comprise of fashion and product/advertising photography. Furthermore, the photographs will be in colour as well as black and white.



Fashion is a form of non-verbal communication to signify an individual or a certain group in a society. What, how and when an individual wears will certainly enable the onlooker to identify with the individual with rapid comprehension.



The importance of this portfolio is the facial expressions that my models will portray through what they wear. How they feel from the things they put on will indicate their sexual availabilities and social standings in the society. Not only that, their surroundings too play a part in their displays of emotions when making various fashion statements.



Final say, in this current era, how we perceive our persona and what we want to say to society in a very visual camera obsessed culture, is still expressed through our bodies, the way we wear clothes, jewellery and body art. "

Now I realised that I definitely sound dumb 'cause of the artist statement.

I don't know but it sounds kinda stupid.
