I have the opportunity to do an overseas internship end of this year.


Well, provided that I win the UNIFEM Writing Contest.


Seriously, I'm totally not bragging 'bout being given this opportunity.


But am glad that I'm recognised in having good writing skills.


I must absolutely seize every good & golden opportunity that comes my way.


& yes, I'll definitely know my own capabilities & limits to such opportunities.


Anyway, the topic for this competition is Another Land, Another Life.


Bascially, it's writing 'bout the impact of migration on the lives of people with aspirations of achieveing a better life for themselves and for their families.


Not only that, the writing has to include how immigrant populations have built nations such as Singapore, Australia & USA.





Okay. I totally realised that it's totally z challenging topic.


I'm having a dilemma on choosing to write a poem or a story based on the topic.


Hmmmmmm.........





& yeah, my creative juices are so damn reluctant to flow out.


Anyone who is willing to assist me for this writing contest is highly & greatly appreciated.


Perhaps I need to chill.


Okay. Time to research to retrieve relevant info.


Hopefully, my creative juices will start to flow.
